The module Quantitative Research Methods deals with the statistical analyses and theoretical background necessary to understand quantitative approaches in management, organizational behavior, and entrepreneurship research. Specifically, the course deals with deductive hypothesis testing, modeling linear relationships, and multivariate analysis.
This course has the following aims:
- It will help students to grasp the importance of quantitative methods in management, organizational behavior, and entrepreneurship.
- It will give students the opportunity to understand the links between the statistical background and its practical implementation.
- It will offer students the possibility to acquire basic knowledge in statistical analysis (with the software SPSS).
- It will provide students with the opportunity to design and implement a research project employing quantitative methods.
