Interested in enhancing your negotiation skills in a creative learning environment? In this seminar, you will be able to delve into the topic of negotiations and participate in a variety of practicial interactive tasks. We will cover a broad range of topics such as various approaches to negotiation, principled and unprincipled tactics, intercultural competence (e.g. direct vs. indirect communication, concepts of time, cultural dimensions) as well as leadership, motivation and problem-solving skills. Although the main emphasis will be placed on refining your verbal communication skills, you will also have the opportunity to practice specific written communication skills in professional contexts.
